1. Shrillness in singer's voice when loud part hits

You can rein in the shrillness in a singer's voice when he or she begins belting out the chorus,
while still retaining vital presence during the quieter verses.
解决方法:

2. Harsh cymbal hits on certain parts of a dynamic drum performance

You can tame harsh cymbal crashes when the drummer Starts getting carried away,
but leave the cymbals untouched when the drummer is playing with a bit more restraint.

When mixing bass, it's very common for certain frequency areas to stand out more than others
and therefore,some notes.
With a dynamic EQ, you can control bass guitar notes and apply gain reduction
only at certain times and not statically throughout the whole song.

With a dynamic equalizer, you can use the snare hits as a sidechain input to the hi-hat track

You can even EQ the transient of a sound one way,
and the sustain portion a different way
- scoop out the "boxiness” of a sound without affecting its attack at all.

One of the most common uses for sidechain compression in general is
to use the sidechain signal from the kick to duck the volume of your bass track in order to avoid having the bass mask the kick drum.
However, applying broadband compression can result in an unnatural (and not always desired) pumping effect.
With a Dynamic EQ you can apply gain reduction only at the problematic frequency area and avoid this pumping effect.
