...Soundiron Verve revives the vintage analog sounds of the quirky Jen Brio 61-CS. This Italian combo organ was brought to market by Jen in the early 1960s.
It featured a 61-key keyboard and drum/rhythm machine with built-in speaker, as well as a variety of knobs, buttons and faders to control layer volume, instrument type, accompaniment, and tempo.
While it was most popular for cheesy string ensemble vibrato tones, it also had synth Trombone, Trumpet, Clarinet, Oboe, Tibia, Piano, and Harpsichord presets.
Our library includes synth sustains, staccatos, and key up/down sound effects.
We recorded the instrument articulations in wide stereo and direct line in, then created thirty evolving ambient pads
and soundscapes from the source content to round out its versatility. Verve offers a snapshot of early synthesizer history, complete with warm tonal colors equipped to complement any genre of music.

Gong Amp takes an exciting experimental amplifier from the beginnings of electronic music to the plugin world of today.
In 1932, Maurice Martenot was looking for a way to make his groundbreaking proto-synthesizer “Ondes” audible beyond what could be archived with the horns and loudspeakers of the time.
He developed a set of “diffuseurs”, of which the “Métallique” was one.
Instead of a paper cone or horn, Martenot put a gong behind the amplifier circuitry.

This product is the culmination of all of our efforts to this point.
It melds together our experience in orchestral phrases with what we've learned about multisampling over the years,
and it furthers our quest for complete phrase flexibility.
At its core, Orchestral Strings is a hugely capable full- full-size Strings Section,
recorded with the fantastic Capellen Orchestra in Zlin, Czech Republic,
and edited with the utmost care to preserve all the details of the performances.

Alto Xylophone is a deeply sampled Orff tuned percussion instrument primarily found in elementary music classrooms, measuring at just over two feet long.
It has a warm plunky tone and fast decay, with 13 rosewood bars laid in a diatonic C major scale from C4 - A5.
We used felt mallets to capture each note, then recorded glisses and percussive knocks.
We also sampled two soprano xylophones an octave higher: One has 13 notes (C5-A6) with a rounded playful timbre,
while the other has 12 notes (C5-G6) with a crisp biting tone, performed with mallets and wooden cube hammers.
All three xylophones were recorded in a dry studio using two microphone...
