who recorded over 9,000 samples of body, hand and mouth percussion in two microphone positions and up to 16 velocity layers.
Body articulations include arm, chest, belly, thigh, and cheek slaps with up to 12 round robin. That’s slapping yourself silly.
Hands cover snaps, flicks, claps, punches, swipes, and scrub sustains, while Mouth includes clicks, pops, swishes,
tongue drops, lip tweedles, spit, kiss, smack, gasp, exhale, grunt, heave, and an entire mouth-made drumkit. Sorry, no butt cheeks in this one.
All of the articulations can be performed in ensemble, remapped, and randomized to create an army of Peaslees.

Jewel Runner 49 encapsulates the retro analog vibes of the eccentric Gem Sprinter 49.
This Italian synthesizer was introduced to the market by the Galanti Group in 1970. It featured a 49-key keyboard, built-in speaker and drum/rhythm machine,
as well as a variety of buttons and faders to control layer volume, instrument type, automagic accompaniment, and tempo.
Our library includes synth sustains, staccatos, and 16 tempo-syncable drum machine loops dialed in from the organ.
We recorded the instrument articulations in wide stereo and direct line in.
After that, we crafted 20 evolving ambient pads from the source content to boost usability, and 20 custom FX presets to kickstart your next composition.

Circle Bells captures the rare artifact called "Blossom Bells", created by local SF Bay Area metal working artisan Pete Engelhart.
His hand-welded tuned percussion instrument features six steel conical bells tuned to different pitches and spread out in a fan arrangement.
Each bell has a deeply rich, warm & sonorous tone with a long sustain and crystalline clarity.
We sampled each bell up close in wide stereo using soft mallets, hard picks, and viola bow with both single-strikes/staccatos and rolls/sustains for each articulation.
Its distinctive sound evokes the feel of a steel Marimbaphone or Celeste when played with mallets and a glass armonica when bowed,
yet its character and undulating resonance defies any direct comparison.​
